Sherbrooke, Canada, August 27, 2012 – Media5 Corporation, a leading provider of IP-based multimedia communications solutions, today announced that its Mediatrix™ 3000 Series of VoIP gateways have been validated for interoperability with Microsoft Lync Server 2010.

The Mediatrix 3000 Series is a line of robust media gateways that seamlessly connects FXO, BRI and PRI lines to VoIP networks. Certified interoperability allows enterprises to migrate from legacy PBXs to the Microsoft Lync unified communications platform while preserving trunk lines to the telephone central office (CO).
