Session Overview
Mediatrix’ VoIP Analog Gateway Training provides extensive
hands-on training on Mediatrix Analog Gateways on SIP or MGCP.
You will acquire the technical skills and knowledge needed to
install, manage, configure and troubleshoot Mediatrix products.
Increasing the knowledge of your technical staff will improve the
satisfaction of your end-users deploying VoIP products.
Intended Attendee
This course requires a basic knowledge of IP Networking and
technical background including some hands-on experience with
networking and telecommunications equipment.

Competencies
By the end of this Training the students will acquire the skills and
knowledge to:
- Understand the various VoIP applications offered by the Mediatrix Analog Gateways.
- Install Mediatrix VoIP Analog Gateways.
- Understand the use of the various configuration options offered by the product.
- Configure the device according to the VoIP network.
- Operate and maintain the product HW and SW.
- Perform remote management of the unit.
- Perform the technical verification and diagnostic of the unit.
- Provide first line technical support to end-users or on-site
technicians.

Mediatrix 360 Technical Training acknowledging that the
student has the tools and knowledge to perform Level 2 technical
