Technical Support from TAC is available to registered Mediatrix customers with a valid Mediatrix Service Contract.

    Please submit your registration request in email format with the required information to the Mediatrix Technical Assistance Center. Mediatrix will analyse your request and will answer you within 48 hours (Monday - Friday).
